We had a hesitating start on Weds. spending the night in a Freightliner repair facility while they checked out and replaced an electronic component in the engine. Oh, well, part of the journey!
We got away by 5PM on Thurs the 13th and drove to Balmorhea State Park. Had a great swim and really enjoyed our two nights there. Now, I'm sitting in a free wi-fi area at the Fort Bliss Food Court in El Paso. We might spend the night here or go on to New Mexico. It's still early and we haven't found out about space availabilty yet. More later.

- Roger and Meg
- We are retired and travel the country fulltime in our 45-foot Mountain Aire motorhome. Our children are scattered around the country and involved in their own pursuits. Abey Bruce owns and operates Austin Lawn's and Flower Beds, a landscaping business he began three years ago. Andrea Bruce Ross is a certified postpartum "doula" in Edmond, OK. Sabrina is our actress daughter and lives in LA. Stacey and her husband Darren have opened a specialty tee-shirt business near Tampa. (Link for each above)
